Using its experience in emissions test lanes, sophisticated electronics and rapid-response electric motors, SuperFlow has developed an emissions grade AC Motoring CycleDyn. The new CycleDyn AC is a turn key motorcycle and ATV chassis dyno that offers all the features of Federal Test Procedure (FTP) equipment at a fraction of the cost. Through in-house testing, SuperFlow has found that test results closely correlate to the larger roll sizes specified by some governing bodies so customers can affordably do their own in-house product development to prepare for final certification testing at an independent facility.
The CycleDyn AC offers a 75hp AC motor standard; however, several motor sizes are available based on the size and type of vehicles being tested. It utilizes a 500hp eddy current absorber, has a maximum speed of 200 mph and a maximum axle load of 1,000lbs. making it extremely versatile for testing anything from scooters, to ATV’s.
