TDAC
Transmission Data Acquisition and Control
The universal TDAC console collects, stores, and prints test data. SuperFlow's TDAC is a complete data acquisition and control system for transmission testing. It works with most transmission dynamometers and SuperFlow's Valve Body Tester. TDAC controls tests, stores data, and produces reports. TDAC's automated tests ensure consistent, repeatable tests. This hardware/software system controls input speed and output load. It features a proprietary anti- stacking mode that keeps hydraulic transmissions from shifting from first to third gear.
It can command and control up to eight positive or negative Pulse-Width Modulated(PWM) solenoids. The unit provides analysis of electrical accessories including solenoid current and resistance, pressure switches, PRNDL switch, and temperature sensor*. The duty cycle can be set in 1% increments, and frequency can be specified from 4 to 2,000 Hz.
The TDAC free-standing operator's console attached to the dynamometer or tester through hydraulic lines and electrical cables.
