Update Old Machines with a Retrofit!
TCRS auto weld aligners now sport a new digital panel. Retrofit your current TCRS single or dual weld aligner. The panel is made from solid-state components for high reliability.
Operators can use the TAC-12 PLUS control panel to run the number of tacks: 4, 6, 8 and 12. Control tack duration from approximately 570 milliseconds to approximately 1670 milliseconds. The unit controls auto-tack and auto-weld cycles. The JOG provision can rotate the turntable without welding. This enables users to rotate the table for positioning or inspect work.
